Shipping

It is Drum City’s aim to despatch ‘in stock’ goods within 2/3 working days to UK mainland destinations. Goods are either despatched by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force. Items despatched by Parcel Force will require a signature on delivery.Great care is taken to ensure that items are well packed. However, if an item arrives in a poor condition please do not sign for the delivery and register the problem with the courier, and also advise Drum City by phone or email.

Returns

Unwanted products

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are complete and in ’as new’ condition.

Please follow the following procedure for returns:

Telephone the store and advise of you intention to return the item or email us at ……

Arrange for the item to be sent back to us at your cost.

Either use a sign for method or send the item back by recorded delivery for your protection.

Once received, and when we have ensured that the item is in pristine condition a refund will be issued   

Faulty items

If an item is faulty we will be happy to liaise with the manufacturer to replace or repair it. Most goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 12 months Please note that consumables, for example sticks and heads are not covered by a manufactures guarantee.Please contact us by phone or email and we will advise you of the faulty items return procedure.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
